Find Identity-Based Resources

We provide services to all members of the Trojan Family.

We welcome all of the different cultures, identities, talents, and interests represented in our community. We encourage students and alumni to explore how employers and organizations value belonging in the workplace in order to build an inclusive culture with diverse perspectives.

Diversity Recruiting Events

  • Diversity Meet & Greet (DMG)
This event is held each fall semester where employers with strong diversity initiatives can network with affinity student organizations through a “reverse career fair/student org showcase.” Our program goal brings together employers who have strong diversity initiatives (like Employee Resource Groups, diversity training, lunch & learn discussions, to name a few) with underrepresented students (first-generation, low-income, students of color, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized social identities). The Fall 2022 Diversity Meet & Greet will be held on September 28 from 2:00 – 5:00 PM PT on the University Park Campus. Registration for students will open in August on connectSC. Interested student organizations should fill out this form to participate as an exclusive partner. For further questions, email interns@usc.edu. The Fall 2021 Diversity Meet & Greet was held on September 2021 with 41 employers and 13 student organizations with strong equity, inclusion and diversity programs at their organization.
  • Diverse Student Perspectives Discussion
This event offers students the opportunity to speak directly to employers about recruiting, equity, and belonging. Facilitated by the USC Career Center, students from minoritized populations speak about their diversity recruiting experiences and provide insight into additional ways that employers can increase access to diversity student groups and engage students through the entire recruitment and employment process. Employers will have the opportunity to listen, ask questions, and participate in a meaningful conversation on enhancing inclusion and equity within your organization. Interested USC students can fill out this form to be a panelist for a future panel and speak directly to recruiters about equity, inclusion, and belonging in recruiting. The Fall 2022 Diverse Student Perspectives Discussion will be held on October 18 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM PT virtually.
