The  UCLA College to Career program is a 20-week training course that strives to address some of the key aspects of employment such as building a resume, interviewing skills, navigating workplace communication and relationships, stress management, and prioritization of work tasks. All of our young adults have some college education, ranging from community college through graduating at the university level, and have career interests and goals varying from basic manual activities and clerical tasks to complex technical work, such as mechanical engineering and graphic design. After completing the course, they complete a 10-week internship in the community with our ongoing support, as desired by the internship site.https://careers.usc.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/135/2022/04/C2C-General.pdf
