The USC Career Center’s annual Virtual Employer Summer Summit aims to educate employers on different topics related to hiring Trojans. The theme of the 2023 Summit was Understanding the International Student Experience. The goal of this event was for employers to:
- Hear from international students and recent graduates on their experience with the U.S. recruitment and onboarding process.
- Gain perspective on what international students and graduate seek in prospective employers.
- Expand their knowledge of the unique talents and value international students and graduates can bring to their workforce.
- Learn how the USC Career Center, campus partners, employers, and alumni prepare international students for the world of work.
