The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) administered by the US Department of Labor connects undergraduate, graduate students, and recent graduates with disabilities who are interested in paid internships and full-time opportunities with federal agencies. WRP applicants must be individuals with a disability and U.S. citizens or nationals. Any current, full-time (or part-time due to disability, or being in their last academic term), degree-seeking postsecondary student with a disability is encouraged to apply, as is any recent graduate with a disability who graduated with a postsecondary degree on or after April 1, 2022.
Applying, and interviewing, to WRP puts you in a database so that hiring departments and companies can select you for an interview.
