PART-TIME HOURS (15-20 hours per week) – morning into early afternoon. Somewhat flexible.
This is a relatively entry-level role that could grow into something more if you are the right person and have the interest in doing so.
Responsibilities:
- Enter sales data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Perform order entry tasks and ensure timely processing
- Transcribe purchase orders from various sources into digital formats
- Transcribe invoice data from QuickBooks to various online sources
- Update records and databases with new information
- Assist with administrative logistic tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and order entry processes
- Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with ongoing interruptions
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality
