We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding & Education intern to join our team for an opportunity to spend time in a SaaS organization assisting with client projects and conducting research to better maximize our existing processes. The Onboarding & Education Intern will be a vital addition to our O&E team, ensuring that client setups, particularly sponsors and placements, are accurately configured for effective tracking. Additionally, this person would help to conduct research and develop a training program that spans from increased Help Center documentation to ongoing client education and training.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Setup & Configuration:
- Ensure accurate setup and configuration of sponsors, including the various logo executions that sponsors incorporate.
- Source example images to help illustrate different signage placements seen in physical stadiums and arenas
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to verify the correctness of setup configurations.
- Strategic Project Research
- Conduct thorough research on best practices in training program development from the best in class SaaS companies, particularly in the realm of Help Center documentation and client education.
- Analyze our current training and documentation processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop content plans and strategies to address identified gaps and enhance the effectiveness of our training program.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI technologies to scale our training efforts and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new training processes to ensure seamless delivery and adoption by clients.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Junior or Senior in the progress of earning their BA/BS, Data Operations, Sports Management, or related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
