By engaging in self-exploration and strategizing post-graduation opportunities, students will graduate with personal accountability and initiative while maintaining the traits of a Trojan!
Career planning and decision-making is a process that helps students choose or change a major, and also provides a “plan of action” for students who have chosen a major.
Student affairs professionals, academic advisers, career counselors, as well as other members of the Trojan community, are invited to participate in a series of year-round professional development workshops highlighting the most current technologies, resources, and information related to career development. Participants who complete all in-service workshops within a two-year period are eligible to receive a Career Planning & Resources Certificate to document this level of expertise.
