Career Development Process
Career planning and decision-making is a process that helps students choose or change a major, and also provides a “plan of action” for students who have chosen a major.
Faculty members, academic advisers, career counselors, as well as other members of the Trojan community, are invited to participate in a series of year-round in-service workshops highlighting the most current technologies, resources, and information related to career development. Participants who complete all in-service workshops within a two-year period are eligible to receive a “Career Planning & Resources Certificate” to document this level of expertise.
