My name is DJ Brewer and I'm an office manager for Acelity Marketing. Acelity focuses on business to business marketing, specifically SAS, which is software as solutions. So we help small businesses get to their clients through their marketing efforts. Our portfolio is anywhere from AI to construction, to insurance. So for me it's a lot of pulling data and then putting it back in so that my CEO can see where we're at with things. So we do use third parties with us being a smaller company for bookkeeping purposes. But then it's up to me to kinda look at the information if I do see something that's incorrect or something doesn't make sense, try to figure out why. And then fix it, obviously, so that the reporting goes out so that my CEO can kinda just look and see where we're at, going on, once I submit it. So I do a lot of pulling of the data and then putting it back into a workable spreadsheet that makes sense to her. My months are laid out where the busiest is the first, then the middle, and then the end. And that's for the financial side of things. We have a lot of freelancers so dealing with freelancers on our end, and pay periods. I kinda have my hand in that. And then throughout the day whatever the office needs. I can come in with a set agenda and I do, if you look at my calendar, I have it laid out hour by hour but I also know that at any point someone's gonna come up to my desk and derail that. So there's a lot of time management that gets taken into place. And then also prioritizing, and then re-prioritizing once it gets all tossed to the day. I do a lot of our financials in regards to reporting. And then I also work with our clients in regards to billing. So I'm kinda all over the place, but it comes with the territory. We're a smaller company so I wear multiple hats, which I enjoy.
