Resume scoring consists of 3 categories: General, Content, and Formatting

Breakdown: After each resume upload you will receive a breakdown detailing how you scored in each of the 3 categories. Your score (first number shown) is compared against the top scores at USC (second number shown).
Badges: You will also receive a badge (bronze, silver, or gold) shown in the top right that reflects your overall score across the 3 categories. Scoring is based on benchmarks which can differ by class year so we suggest focusing more on the progress you make and on the suggestions provided.
Flags: (worth 2 points when resolved) are edits that are needed for your resume to parse the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Improvements: (worth 1 point when added) are optional recommendations that you can make to improve your resume
Ace your interview!
Quinncia’s interviewing feature offers tailored mock interviews and individualized feedback using artificial intelligence that helps you practice telling your story based on experiences on your resume.
This module can help you prep an elevator pitch, practice for upcoming internship & job interviews, and get ready for mock admissions interviews if you are applying to a grad program.
