Norman is the a Senior Technical Recruiter and the Military Outreach Coordinator for IntelliDyne, LLC. As a lead recruiter, Norman is responsible for finding candidates that will turn into long-lasting employees for his clients. Once his team receives the job needs from the government, Norman crafts job ads and pulls from his reservoir of readily-available talent. Not just filling a position, Norman also works with each candidate through the entire hiring process, critiquing and coaching them to become the best possible candidate for the client.
