What is Trojan Ready Series?
Trojan Ready Series is a series of employer-led workshops offered each Fall and Spring semester. Through interactive sessions, students hear directly from employers while developing practical career skills that support success in internships, jobs, and beyond.
Each workshop is designed to help students build and apply the NACE Career Competencies — a nationally recognized framework of career-readiness skills that employers consistently value when hiring college students and recent graduates. These competencies help students navigate the recruiting process and succeed in the workplace. These include:
- Career & Self Development
- Communication
- Critical Thinking
- Equity & Inclusion
- Leadership
- Professionalism
- Teamwork
- Technology
