At an i3 event, you can network with employers looking to hire interns and learn about about how they broke into their respective industries. What is i3?
Investigate Industries and Internships (i3) is an event for students who are looking for internships for the current or following semester. Students are also able to hear employers’ professional journies to learn more about a specific industry.
What does the day of i3 look like?
There are two components to i3. From 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, students will participate in an internship fair and speak with employers who are looking for interns. This is your opportunity to meet with, ask questions, and give your resume to employers. During the event, employers will to speak to you and share their professional journey. Learn more in depth how people got into their industry. Speakers will speak for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Where is the event located?
Trojan Presentation Room (Student Union B3) and Cardinal/Gold Room (Student Union B6).
What should I wear for the event?
There is no specific dress code for i3. However, we recommend business casual.
Should I bring copies of my resume?
Yes, it is highly recommended to bring copies of your resume. Employers may ask for it.
