Gain hands-on experience in real estate finance transactions as a BCLP trainee solicitor

Welcome to our programme! We are so excited to have you here.

During this programme, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of a BCLP team member and complete tasks that replicate our Real Estate Finance team’s daily work. You’ll learn how to manage a banking transaction, draft documentation, and assess and apply updates in the law to the deal.

We hope this programme provides a great resource for you to upskill and strengthen your resume as you explore career options and a potential career at BCLP!

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 3-4 hours to complete.
