During this program, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of a Kilpatrick team member and complete tasks that replicate the work that our Corporate Law team does every day. You’ll learn key skills in: 

The fundamentals of common securities law compliance documentsContract drafting and revision The mechanics of due diligence in mergers and acquisitions transactionsEffective communication
