Virtual Trojan Talk with Pride@LEK

L.E.K. Consulting invites you to a series of virtual information sessions to learn more about who we are as a firm and what we do. In each session, there will be a short presentation that will enable you to learn more about L.E.K., the Associate and Consultant roles, and the career trajectory at our firm. Immediately following the presentation, there will be time to speak with representatives from our firm, which will be a great opportunity to ask questions you have about the upcoming recruiting season and how to better prepare and navigate through the recruiting cycle. We are offering 6 sessions that you can opt-in to get to know us better.

The group also serves as a resource for both current and prospective employees whose family members identify as LGBTQ+. And Pride@L.E.K. welcomes and encourages involvement from the firm’s broader network of allies in order to promote discussion and awareness of LGBTQ+ issues among the wider L.E.K. community.
