Zero Waste
To support university-wide sustainability measures, we will no longer offer water bottles or trash bins at the event. Instead, we will have water stations where you can fill up your reusable containers. Remember to bring your own refillable bottle with you. In place of trash bins, there will also be a “Zero-Waste Sort Station” where you can recycle or compost all materials that we provide. We discourage you from bringing any items to the fair that will end up in a landfill. In cases where this is unavoidable, we ask that you take those items with you when leaving the event.
COVID-19 Safety Information
Safeguarding the health and well-being of our students, alumni, faculty, staff, employers, and vendors attending our Career Fair, is our top priority. In alignment with current Los Angeles County guidance and University policy, please be prepared to follow the COVID-19 safety requirements for visiting campus and attending the Career Fair.
Proof of Vaccination

* Fully vaccinated means the second dose of Pfizer or Moderna or a single dose J&J/Janssen must have been administered no later than 2 weeks prior to the event (02/10/2022).
Accessing Campus – Trojan Check

Alumni: All alumni will be required to conduct a Trojan Check health screening on the day of the event to access the campus, along with proof of vaccination. Using the “Guest” option, complete your Trojan Check to receive an electronic Campus Day Pass with a QR code. As an alternative, students or alumni who have a medical or religious objection to obtaining a COVID-19 vaccination must produce a negative COVID-19 viral test within 48 hours if the test is PCR or 24 hours if the test is antigen, along with a photo ID. Current students can schedule tests through MySHR. The cost of these tests will continue to be borne by the university.
Outdoor Masking
All individuals attending the event will be required to wear a mask outdoors. Masks must be medical grade, which at minimum are surgical masks and may also include higher grade respirator masks (N95, KN95, or KF94). The following items no longer meet the current requirements for masking: bandanas, neck gaitors, scarves, cloth masks (unless worn in combination with a medical mask underneath). Individuals who do not have medical grade masks may obtain one when entering campus at the entry points to the main gates.
Masks can be taken off when eating or drinking at a designated area.
Unvaccinated individuals must maintain a six-foot distance from others while consuming food or beverage.
Individuals refusing to comply with appropriate masking requirements are subject to removal from the event.
