Schedule a Trojan Talk

Hosting a Trojan Talk is a great way to connect with students, expose them to your organization’s culture, and share available career opportunities through an in-person information/networking session.

Presentation Rooms Available:

Trojan Presentation Room – $500, 60-70 person capacity

Newly renovated room includes hardwood floors, a large center television, and two smaller side monitors for presentations.

The Cardinal and Gold Conference Room – $300, 20-25 person capacity

Newly renovated room includes a big screen television for presentations, hardwood floors, and a white board wall.

Both rooms are equipped with A/V equipment. Non-profit organizations may use the Cardinal and Gold Conference Room at a discounted rate of $100 for up to two hours.

Cancellation Policy

Organizations that cancel a Trojan Talk less than one week before the scheduled date will be charged in full for their reservation.
