The On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) Program allows organizations to interview students from all majors during the fall and spring semesters for full-time salaried and paid internship opportunities at the Career Center. This program is free of charge for employers.

International Organizations Recruiting USC Students
For international organizations interested in participating in On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) to fill full-time salaried or paid internship positions, the USC Career Center can provide a letter of support for a B-1 Visa. The letter will be addressed to the individuals interested in coming to the USC campus. It is the responsibility of the B-1 Visa applicant to adhere to all guidelines set by the U.S. Department of State and complete all necessary application materials.
