Register for Virtual “On-Campus” Recruiting

The Virtual “On-Campus” Recruiting (OCR) program allows organizations to conduct interviews online with students from all majors during the fall semester for full-time salaried and paid internship opportunities. The OCR program assists with managing your virtual interview schedules within connectSC, by collecting resumes of qualified candidates and utilizing the time scheduling feature to set up your interviews. This program is complimentary for employers.

Fall 2020 Virtual OCR Dates

  • September 9 – November 20, 2020
  • Registration Begins: June 3, 2020
  • Career Center Partner Priority Registration Begins: May 20, 2020

Spring 2021 OCR Dates

  • January 20 – April 16, 2021
  • Registration Begins: October 28, 2020

International Organizations Recruiting USC Students

For international organizations interested in participating in Virtual “On-Campus” Recruiting (OCR) to fill full-time salaried or paid internship positions, the USC Career Center can provide a letter of support for a B-1 Visa. The letter will be addressed to the individuals interested in coming to the USC campus. It is the responsibility of the B-1 Visa applicant to adhere to all guidelines set by the U.S. Department of State and complete all necessary application materials. For more information on rules and regulations regarding B-1 travel visas, refer to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service B-1 Temporary Business Visitor’s page. Contact the Employer Relations and Research team for any additional questions about the B-1 Visa letter of support.
