Register for OCR

The On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) Program allows organizations to interview students from all majors during the fall and spring semesters for full-time salaried, and/or paid, structured internship opportunities at the Career Center. This program is free of charge for employers.

Fall 2017 OCR Dates

  • September 11 – November 17, 2017
  • Registration Begins: May 31, 2017
  • Career Center Partner Priority Registration Begins: May 10, 2017

Spring 2018 OCR Dates

  • January 22 – April 13, 2018
  • Registration Begins: November 8, 2017

All interviews and meetings must conclude by 5:00 pm.  A fee will be assessed for any additional time after 5:00 pm. To discuss this fee, contact the Career Center.

Job Offer Policies

Organizations are responsible for all representations and offers made to students by their recruiters. When making an employment offer, students should be notified in writing, including salary, location, benefits, and starting date.

Students should be given sufficient time to make an informed decision regarding offers they receive. Listed below are the timeframe minimums which the Career Center expects employers to offer students:


  • Two weeks from the receipt of the written offer


  • Two weeks from the receipt of the written offer


  • When extending an offer at the end of a student’s summer program/internship, we recommend that employers give the student until November 1 to accept an offer
