The Virtual On-Campus Student Job Fair is designed to help students find on-campus employment opportunities that enhance their educational experience.
The fair is held on the Friday of move-in week, the week before classes begin, during both the Fall and Spring semesters. An additional fair is hosted in April to support hiring for summer and Fall semester positions.
The event is open to students from all majors, class years, and degree levels. It is also open to all USC departments hiring for non-work-study and work-study positions, as well as external agencies approved through the Federal Work-Study Program.

- Register on Handshake starting November 3, 2025.
- Last day to register for the fair is January 6, 2026.
- Last day to cancel is January 6, 2026. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Employer Engagement Team.
