Each year eligible students are invited to respond to the Career Center’s Summer Experience Survey (SES) or First Destination Survey (FDS). Your participation plays a key role in how we assess student career outcomes and is rewarded through incentives including the fall Career Carnival and opportunity drawings for prizes throughout the school year.

Summer Experience Survey
The Summer Experience Survey (SES) is an initiative to collect information from continuing, undergraduate students (Sophomore – Senior class standing) to assess how Trojans are spending their summers and where they are finding internships, research, and other professional opportunities.
First Destination Survey
The First Destination Survey (FDS) is distributed to graduating students annually to capture an outlook of career plans 6 months after commencement (including employment, continued education, entrepreneurship, volunteering, and more).
Spring 2025 Opportunity Drawings
All survey participants are automatically entered into a series of monthly drawings for an Amazon gift card. Winners will be contacted by email.
