OCR Contract

This contract is valid for the Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 semesters.

By submitting this contract I am in agreement with and subject to the Cancellation and No-Show Policyfor On Campus Interviews:

CANCELLATION: Students who need to cancel an interview MUST do so at least 3 business days prior to the interview to avoid a “No-Show” status. This can be done via the connectSC program online, or by stopping by the CPPC Interview Center (STU B1). If an emergency arises and you need to cancel less than 3 business days prior to or on the day of the interview, you MUST notify us by telephone at (213) 740-9105. You will still be given a “No-Show” status, but it allows us to inform the recruiter so he/she will be aware of the situation.

NO-SHOW: Students who cancel an interview with an employer less than three business days prior to the interview date will be suspended from further use of OCR/connectSC for the rest of the semester. You must:

  • Write a personalized letter of apology to the recruiter within three days of the scheduled No-Show interview; and,
  • Submit your letter of apology in-person to the Interview Center in an unsealed, stamped envelope addressed to the recruiter.

All future interviews will be cancelled unless you submit a typed letter of apology for the employer within 3 business days after the cancelled/no-show interview.

You are responsible for attending any interviews that have been previously scheduled during the submission of your apology letter.

If you provide false information in your profile in order to meet a schedule’s requirements, you will be suspended from using OCR/connectSC for the rest of the semester.

You will be able to access connectSC OCR after a one (1) full business day process time.
