Global Fellows Internship Program
The USC Global Fellows Internship Program encourages exploration of international work experience in Asia. The Program is open to U.S. citizens of all majors and it provides stipends for USC undergraduates (Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors graduating in December) to live and work in Asia for eight weeks during the summer.
The USC Global Fellows Internship Program strives to strengthen the bonds of understanding between the United States and other countries. In the past eleven years, students who have participated in the program have interned in Aichi, Bangkok, Beijing, Japan, Hanoi, Hiroshima, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Manila, Nagoya, Osaka, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Taipei, Taiwan, and Tokyo, among others.
Program applicants must clearly describe their reasons for wishing to intern abroad, ensuring that Fellows are passionate global citizens with the desire to be U.S. and USC ambassadors abroad. Typically, selected interns are excellent students with outstanding university involvement. They are placed in internship positions based on their interests, skills and best organizational fit.
