Description: Dow offers a structured development program designed for new college graduates. Our program sets you up for success as you enter account management roles. You will participate in a variety of experiences designed to build skills and familiarize you with the resources you will be managing on behalf of Dow’s customers. The program includes: Job shadow events, hands-on project work related to the job you will be doing, courses facilitated by internal and external subject matter experts, role play simulations, and interaction with top level business leadership. You will be paired with a coach who will assist you through the first year, as well as develop informal networking and mentoring relationships with Dow colleagues.
