Alumni Career Coaching

All graduates of USC degree programs are eligible to receive career advice and coaching services from a professional career advisor. Career advising services are unlimited and complimentary to all USC alumni for 24 months post-graduation.

Complimentary Career Coaching Appointments

Alumni may take advantage of one complimentary 50-minute session in person or via telephone. We serve all alumni worldwide. Depending on individual career needs, a complimentary session may consist of a cover letter and resume critique, and/or a general discussion of current career paths.

After Hours Career Coaching Appointments

The CPPC offers evening telephone appointments at 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. PST to accommodate the working professional’s needs. We believe that managing your career is important and want to give alumni access to our services beyond our normal business hours. We work with alumni in all 50 states and throughout the world via telephone appointments.

Career Coaching Packages

Alumni who are more than two years past graduation and need additional support beyond the complimentary appointment may take advantage of discounted career packages. Our career packages are available at a 60% discount compared to outplacement firms and private practitioners. Typically, career advising and coaching fees range from $150 to $300 per hour.

The Alumni Career Services Program accepts cash, check, Visa and MasterCard

The USC Career Planning & Placement Center (CPPC) provides career transition advisement for USC alumni. The CPPC does not provide psychological counseling nor offer job placement services. At this time, the CPPC does not provide referrals to non-USC counseling centers or individual care providers.
